This 6 week course is an introduction to the wonderful world of scentwork , using fun and easy to follow techniques.

In this course we will introduce your dog to a target scent (Kong) and teach scent discrimination. We will get your dog completing searches on pots, pipes, boxes, chairs, bags, vehicles, novel environments and more. We will start building your dogs ability to freeze indicate when they have found the target scent.

This course is suitable for dogs new to scentwork and those who have some previous experience but new to the scent of Kong.

Includes homework kit and certificate of attendance.

You will need: 1 red Kong, comfortable harness for your dog, long line, your dog’s favourite treats and a toy.

This is an excellent beginners scentwork course. Halyna, the trainer makes it fun, informative and a very enriching activity for your dog. You can feel her passion! Your dog learns how to develop their scent skills in a relaxed and fun way. The progress week on week is amazing! It is an enjoyable and stress free course for both of you. If you fancy learning something different that will wear your dog out then I would highly recommend this course.
